The Hart District Local Plan was published on 19 December 2017 and approved at the Council Meeting on 4 January 2018.
The Local Plan includes the commitment to build a new settlement in the Winchfield/Murrell Green area which will have 'the potential to deliver new homes from the middle of the plan period (2024).
Our MP, Ranil Jayawardena, is in full agreement that Hart District Council should regenerate and revitalise Fleet and Hart's other major urban areas,
