Lamb Hotel, High Street, Hartley Wintney - Extension and alteration of building to facilitate the change of use of former hotel building to six dwellings (2x1 bedroom and 4x2 bedroom) with parking and the erection of retail unit 

Following the Grade 2 listing of the building amended planning application have been approved for the retail unit and additional conversion for six dwellings. These are described in planning applications 20/01645/FUL and 20/01646/LBC which are now in the process of being made with completion planned for later in 2021.
